About me

I am based in Dalkeith, Scotland, United Kingdom, and I have been working with Linux for over 15 years. I enjoy making systems easy to use, secure, and resilient for end users while delivering strong customer satisfaction.

I built a personalised Linux distribution for a school program, helped deploy backup solutions, and supported both technical and non-technical teams across multiple countries. I also write troubleshooting guides, onboard new technologies, and help customers integrate storage with Veeam, Commvault, and Rubrik.
