Service and Support Engineer
- Maintain RING and Artesca software and advocate for customers within the engineering team.
- Write troubleshooting guides for customers and team members.
- Act as an entry point for new technologies from engineering and spread knowledge within the team.
- Troubleshoot software integration with Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, and internal tools across medical, governmental, and other customer environments.
- Diagnose product, hardware, Linux, and network issues with customers.
- Educate customers on Samba/NFS, S3 API, sfused, and sproxyd.
- Support container upgrades and deployments using Ansible, and tune Linux servers with Salt.
- Maintain high availability for services by managing Kubernetes clusters.
- Support and train on Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Keycloak, and Kafka.
- Escalate software and configuration issues internally while maintaining customer ticket interaction.
- Create Bash and Python scripts with engineers to automate customer procedures.
